Wallace interacts with architects, construction managers and consultants to ensure that construction defect claims are streamlined to accomplish our clients’ objectives.

Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Hammons served as a prosecutor for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office. There, Wallace was responsible for providing day-to-day legal advice to the State of Nevada, Real Estate Division, as well as prosecuting and/or litigating all Southern Nevada real estate civil related issues. During his tenure at the Attorney General’s office, Mr. Hammons successfully prosecuted numerous complex real estate cases, and recovered thousands of dollars in fines, costs, and restitution for the citizens of the State of Nevada, before the State of Nevada Real Estate Commission, State District Courts, and State Supreme Court.  In addition, Mr. Hammons served as Board Counsel for a state licensing board where his responsibilities included, without limitation, Board compliance with the open meetings laws and Brown Act.
