The third test case or “bellwether trial”, Stinson v. C.R. Bard, initially scheduled for May 15, 2023 has been rescheduled by the judge to October 16, 2023.

Please understand that we will not have any updates until the bellwether cases have been tried. We do not have the ability to speed up the process of trying these cases due to these cases being a part of an MDL (Multi District Litigation). Like everyone else who has a hernia mesh case, we are at the mercy of the court system.  Once new information becomes available, we will update the information on our website.  Thank you for your patience.
