Jessica Stacy is a paralegal with over 10 years of experience in the legal field, with a primary focus on litigation.
She began her legal career in 2012 in an entry-level role at a large law firm, where she worked with transvaginal mesh clients while supporting attorneys and assisting with marketing initiatives. In 2017, she joined Leger Ketchum & Cohoon, PLLC, where she discovered a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals who have been injured or whose lives have been significantly impacted by the negligence of others.
Jessica is known for her dedication and compassion, which allow her to build meaningful connections with clients and guide them through challenging and often overwhelming circumstances. She provides comprehensive litigation support, including hernia mesh case management, document production, drafting pleadings, court filings, witness coordination, and trial preparation, as well as overseeing client intake for the litigation department. She has extensive experience in hernia mesh litigation and possesses in-depth knowledge of product design and defect issues.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jessica is able to effectively communicate with and support a diverse client base.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, staying involved in school activities, attending local community events, binge-watching TV shows she swears she’ll only watch “one episode” of, and cheering on the Houston Astros.
